I believe I now have a correctly-configured dedicated server running using the latest IC IR (see the post below). It should show up in your server list, or you can pull down the console and type connect 76.67.52.130:27666 to get there manually. I've opened the ports on my router and even enabled this fancy-pants system whereby it'll prioritize game traffic so hopefully the connection won't be too bad while I'm downloading my Khazakh Interracial Donkey-on-Goat videoskopemachine... uh, data files.
